PREK 3's and 4's: Fall Soccer Explorers @ I.C.S

Soccer Explorers Program for Pre K 3's and 4's
The pre-K class is our intro to soccer session that helps students explore the various items [such as cones, pinnies, soccer balls, and more] found on the field. Through imaginative gameplay and storytelling, children are exposed to dribbling the ball, scoring big goals, balance & coordination, and sportsmanship.
 
When: Tuesday's starting  October 4th for 9 weeks.
(Class dates: 10/4,10/18, 10/25, 11/8, 11/15, 11/29, 12/6, 12/13 & 12/20)
Time: Classes begin at 3:00 & end at 4:15 (We will pick students up from the cafeteria and bring them to the gymnasium for the class, families must pick up students from gymnasium by 4:10PM)  
 
**After registration parents must fill out our After School Participant Waiver form in order for registration to be fully processed. The form will be available to download once purchase is complete, a paper copy will also be sent home with your child in case you can not print the form at home* Note: The form collects the following information and consent: participant information, parent/guardian information, emergency contact, medical information, authorized/not authorized pick-up, consent waiver, and photo release.** Without a signed form, students will not be permitted to participate and you will be refunded your payment.
